- We accept order forms via any means convenient to you, ie, email or fax, though we do prefer email as it is often easier to read.
- Once your order is received, we generally will respond to you within 3 working days with a reply invoice. This is your confirmation that

- Gives you an estimate delivery time.
- The total cost and details of the order.
- When filling in the order form, there is a "special requirements" section on the bottom of the form, please write anything special instructions you need.
- Please mark on the bottom of the sheet whether the blinds require deductions or it is make size. I suggest that you mark No for width deduction.(IE, you give me the make size for width) and you mark Yes for drop deduction(IE, I make the drop deduction for you)
